The graphics on all Ketto Design ceramic products are hand painted. Every single piece made by Ketto is unique and distinctive – this is why you can spot some small differences between two items with the same design. 

Applicable Laws
Any transaction between the Buyer and the Seller shall be governed by the laws of the province of Québec.
 

Billing and Payment
All prices shown on our site are in Canadian dollars. Shipping and handling and applicable sales taxes are not included.
Ketto Design accepts Master Card and Visa credit cards for the payment of your bill.



Returns and Replacements
You may return your purchase for a refund or replacement at any time, within 15 days of delivery of your shipment. Send to:

Please include your bill and order number when you return products. You need not provide any justification or pay any extra charge. You will have to incur shipping charges and inherent risks associated with the chosen shipping company, which must cover against loss or damage of the returned products.  

If ever you receive products you did not order or if the products are damaged when received, then Ketto Design will incur all shipping charges and will send you the right products free of charge.

Ketto Design Inc. has established state-of-the-art security measures in order to protect you against the loss or unauthorized use of your data on file, including credit card information. Ketto Design’s Web servers use the most advanced Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology, which ensures highly secure data transmission. Furthermore, Ketto Design servers are also protected by firewall-type technology. Ketto Design is committed to maintaining its hardware at the leading edge in order to ensure that you can make secure transactions on the Site at any time.

However, no security measure is perfect, and you should be aware that there is always a certain amount of risk that personal information provided to Ketto Design is disclosed without your consent and as a result of no fault on the part of Ketto Design. Ketto Design hereby waives any responsibility regarding the disclosure of your personal information, except in the event that such disclosure occurs as a result of negligence on its part.
It is important to note that, in order to ensure security, no credit card-related data is kept on Ketto Design’s servers. Ketto Design Inc. owns full and complete title to the website www.kettodesign.com and to the material in this site, including photographs and graphic work.  Therefore no materials on this site may not be copied or replicated, whether in whole or in part, by any means, and their use or further distribution is strictly prohibited. 

Order Production
The production of all hand-painted ceramic products requires 8 business days.  For all other orders, preparation of your order requires 2 business days.
